SERVICE ADMINISTRATORS, PRINCIPALS, THEIR EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS ARE NOT AND MAY NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DEFECTS IN BOTTLES, CORKS, CAPS, LABELS, ETC.

SERVICE ADMINISTRATORS, PRINCIPALS, THEIR EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS ASSUME NO LIABILITY FOR PACKAGE CONTENT DAMAGE DUE POOR WEATHER CONDITIONS, DURING TRANSPORTATION OR DELAYED DELIVERY. PLEASE BE AWARE OF SHIPPING CONDITIONS BEFORE YOU ORDER AND MAKE SURE AN ADULT IS AVAILABLE TO SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE. ALL DAMAGED BY CARRIER IN TRANSIT PACKAGES WILL BE EITHER RESHIPPED OR REFUNDED ONLY AFTER A DAMAGED PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO OUR PREMISES AND INSPECTION OF THE DAMAGE IS COMPLETED.

PRINCIPALS, THEIR EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS MAKE NO REPRESENTATION TO THE LEGAL RIGHTS OF ANYONE TO SHIP OR IMPORT ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR INTO ANY STATE OUTSIDE OF THE ORIGIN STATE WHERE THE SALE WAS COMPLETED.

THE BUYER IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPMENT OF HIS/HER ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR. BY PLACING AN ORDER AND SELECTING AVAILABLE ON THE WEBSITE DELIVERY (SHIPPING) OPTIONS, YOU AUTHORIZE US TO ACT ON YOUR BEHALF TO ENGAGE A COMMON CARRIER FOR DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER TO YOU. THE BUYER AGREES AND UNDERSTANDS THAT ONCE PACKAGE LEAVES PRINCIPAL PREMISES, ALL CONCERNS AND ISSUES WITH TRANSPORTATION AND DELIVERY ARE HEREBY PASSED ON TO COMMON CARRIER. ANY AND ALL ISSUES WITH ITS SERVICE SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO THE COMMON CARRIER.

WARNING: It is sole your responsibility to inspect package upon delivery for any damage.  If content in the package arrives damaged, please inform customer service immediately. Clear evidence of damage including all boxes, bottles, etc. will be required to initiate investigation. It is your responsibility to notify us about damage as soon, as possible.

SHIPPING POLICY – SPIRITS

If you are 21 years of age or older, you may make an offer to purchase alcoholic beverages through the Sites from our licensed retail partners (“Licensed Retailers”). The prices shown on the Sites reflect prices set by these Licensed Retailers. Licensed Retailers reserve the right to accept or decline your purchase offer for any reason, including but not limited to product availability or inability to verify your age. If any part of your order is declined, you will receive a refund for the declined portion.

Licensed Retailers are solely responsible for all activities related to the sale and provision of alcoholic beverages. This includes:

  • Selecting the products offered for sale on the Sites

  • Setting product pricing

  • Accepting or rejecting customer orders

  • Fulfilling customer orders, including arranging delivery or shipment (directly or via third-party shippers)

Fulproof, inc. is not responsible for lost, unprocessed, or mishandled orders.

Unless otherwise noted at checkout, shipping and handling fees are not included in product prices and will be added at the time of purchase. Any shipping dates or delivery times provided are estimates only. Refunds are at the discretion of Fulproof or it's retail partners.

All orders are fulfilled by third-party partners. Title and risk of loss for your order transfer to you when the order is delivered to the carrier.

Please note:

  • Orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or local carrier pick-up locations. Such orders will be rejected and refunded.

  • An adult 21 or older must sign for all deliveries. A valid government-issued ID will be required upon delivery.

  • If no eligible adult is available to sign, delivery will be attempted up to three times. After three failed attempts:

    • The package will be returned to the retailer.

    • If you choose a refund, shipping charges are non-refundable, and a $25 return-to-sender fee will be deducted.

    • If you choose to have the order re-shipped, a $40 fee will apply (covers return and reshipping costs).

We can assist with updating your shipping address prior to reshipping to help ensure delivery success.

If you anticipate no eligible adult will be available for delivery, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to arrange for pickup at an authorized location.

We reserve the right to refuse delivery for any reason. Packages will not be left unattended under any circumstances. Fulproof and it's retail partners are not responsible for undelivered packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout.
